I am getting several errors when the module loads. On line 47: RSClientController is undefined

On lines 512,529,535,571,588,594 and a few others: HoverImagednn_ctr371_ViewRS2005_Reportviewer1ctl01... is nul or not an object.

Can someone help me figure out a possible cause and fix?

What version of DNN are you using and what version of the module. Also, when we have seen strange errors reported like this in the past, it is typically errors related to a particular skin or container, can you please plop the module on a page using one of the default DNN skins / containers and see if you observe the same result?

What browser are you using? We have had no other reports of this behavior. We can setup a 4.8.4 environment and test as well.

A couple of things: I was using ie7 when I reported the errors in question. I am testing the module on the localhost server on my machine. I switched to firefox and didn't get the same errors. Instead I am getting the error below.

HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found

When I run the report from my report server via the tool my host provides, I can view it, even in ie7, but not in the dnn module using firefox. Of course, as stated earlier, in ie7 I get a ton of errors.

I am not sure if this stack report will provide any help, but this is a part of the fire fox HTTO Error 404.0 - Not Found error page.

We have developed the most recent version of the module on our local machines with vista and IE7...so I think there is something else going on. You have the report control registered in your web.config correctly right?

Ok. I am willing to figure this out. I really need a way to pull up reports for co-workers and myself, and your product looks hopeful.

I wish I could show you a screen shot. it seems that the report is actually being opened, but somehow iis7 doesn't want to show it. It's like the report tools are in place and the report is treated like it is a separate website in a frame that iis7 doesn't like.
Do you have a place to receive screen shots?

The previous post is still working with the firefox browser. I continue to get line after line errors in ie7.

it definitely sounds like an IE7 settings issue then...we could compare settings? also, you can email us at service@modulemasters.com any screenshots you have as well.
