Alright, I am frustrated. When I add a report to the module, the module automatically uses the name of the physical report on the display page and there is nowhere I can see where I can turn this "feature" off. Anyone?

Is it possible to set the module not to show the report name?

Well, we will likely add an option to hide the report name, but until then, you could modify the viewrs2005.ascx code to set the visibility=false for the label where Id="lblReportName"

FYI, we are adding this option to not display the report name in the version 4.0 slated to be released shortly.
