I am planning to set up this module in mexico, I've read a bit of the "fully qualified SMTP SMS address" as an option instead than the 10 phone number digits (for the US) who pays for the messages fees? any way to see this module working under those settings? Thanks

Since it is sent via standard email, there is no charge for the sender, standard text messaging rates apply for the recipient, this varies from plan to plan.
