I have been using the trail version for just under a month, yesturday the reports started to display incorrectly , they have been squashed to the left of the page, and some of the report viewer controls went missing, page zoom and search. I have just upgraded to the paid version but the problem is still there.

Did you change browsers? What you are describing is a problem with the viewer through firefox. Did this all of a sudden just start happening?

That would explain it, I use Firefox and IE and I forget sometimes which one i'm using. I've been using both at the sametime lately and started running the DDN site on firefox but didn't realise. He tried it in IE this morning at it is OK.

Only being able to run it on IE is not a problem, when it is rolled out in to production the users only have IE anyway
