I downloaded the trial, activated it with a 7 day key, and purchased it with 6 days still to go. How do I update the key so that it is a licensed version?

Lee, you should now see a download section, just download the purchased version of the module from our site and upload it to your portal.

I get this error when I want to download a module: You Do Not Have Permission To View The Requested File pls help, there is no contact page on this site....
