I get the following error when i tried to save the picks:

A critical error has occurred.
Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.

Go to host -> module definitions and verify your version of the NCAA bracket is set to 1.5.0. Also, send us a screenshot of the setup pool screen to service@modulemasters.com. It almost sounds like something is wrong with the upgrade or something. Have you tried uninstalling the bracket module and reinstalling the latest version?

we were able to replicate your problem. the issue is with a duplicate team that had been entered into one of the tables. We are posting a fix, but if you wanted to go to host -> SQL and then check the run as script and paste this in there and execute it, this will fix it:

delete from {databaseOwner}[{objectQualifier}NCAATeams] where teamid = 308
