Hi,

First time user to the NCAA Bracket module.  I have a few questions:

It is my understanding that an "update" with the bracket values will be provided once the selection is done.

1. How is the updated provided?  Via email, via download @ snowcovered, etc?

2. How is the update implemented into the existing module on my site?  Is it via the host settings / SQL option?

Yes, selection Sunday we will distribute an updated build via our website and as a patch from snowcovered. It is distributed as an updated version of the module, so you simply download it, go to host -> module defs and install the module over top. It'll wipe out last years data and picks and put in this years bracket and then users will make their picks.

Here is my question. As the games are played, can you update the winners then, or do you have to wait for each level to complete before you update the winners?

Yes, you can update the winners as the games are played. Results will be displayed as you enter them.

Question: I want to make sure I get this right. When the brackets come out on sunday, the users pick the teams to win then, are they to again select the winners for the next bracket, or do they just pick one time from the first bracket?

There is only 1 bracket. The module comes pre-loaded with last years bracket so you can experiment with it and see how it works. When the current years bracket comes out, we make an update to the module to publish it and release it so your users can make picks for this bracket.
