We are trying to evaluate version 4.2.0 and are receiving the following error when trying to add a server in the server adminstration screen:

'Error during Insert: String reference not set to an instance of a String. Parameter name: s'

All fields have been completed so we are at a loss as to which item is missing.

We were having problems connecting with version 4.1.0 and tried the latest version that doesn't appear to be saving the server information. We uninstalled and reinstalled noticing that one of the changes was an encryption of a password previously saved unencrypted but this got us around one error and on to the next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This seems very strange. Can you screenshot or let us know the settings you are entering (other than the password) before you enter this? What version of DNN are you on?

The version of DNN is 5.1.4.

As far as the information I am entering. I can enter any value, and it always comes back with the same response.

As there is no way for me to attach the screen shot, please let me know what email address to submit the information to.
