I have report server RS2005_040100 that I want to install on a DNN 5.0 site.  When I attempt this, I get an error saying -

This package does not have a manifest. Old Skins and Containers do not contain manifests. If this is a legacy Skin or Container Package please check the check box below and reupload the package.

Does this package work on DNN 5.0?  If so, how do I install?  Thanks!

The package contains the zip file you install as well as the documentation, so you need to extract the zip file contents and install the file that is in there!...also remember to checkout the documentation, there is one line in web.config that needs added to the htthandlers section.

Sorry for the confusion, but it is unclear from the discussion so far -- Does this module work on DNN 5 ?

Yes, it works with DNN 4.X and 5.X!
