Hi,

This is a problem thats known in the ssrs world, tho i cant make it work.

I got a simple report 'report1', which i want to export to a csv file. Only without the headers.

I put my report in a 2.01 version of the rs2005 dnn module.

Then browse to the page with only the dnn module with the  pre-chosen report 'report1':

http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Welcome/tabid/73/Default.aspx?Command=rs:Render&rs:Format=CSV&rs:Toolbar=true&rc:NoHeader=true
or even
http://localhost/dotnetnuke/Welcome/tabid/73/Default.aspx?Command=Render&Format=CSV&Toolbar=true&NoHeader=true

Then i choose export to csv. Only i still got the column headers in the first line of the csv. I tried several things. I set the Dataoutputelements of the header row to 'nooutput'. I just removed the header row, hided it. I tried with and without adding hidden parameters (exact names as in url link) to the report itself. tried linking from another report.

I also checked if url report parameters came tru, by put the noheader value in a column. Checked if I could add parameters in the report manager:
http://localhost/Reports/Pages/Report.aspx?ItemPath=%2fnew%2fReport1&rs:Command=export&rs:Format=CSV&rc:NoHeader=true
Also no result.

Hope anyone here can give me a clue

Greetings,

Arjan

I forgot one line of info.
"I also checked if url report parameters came tru, by put the noheader value in a column"
This worked well, when the url is like ?NoHeader=True and a parameter is in the report with the same name, the column is like fields!parameter.UserID then i can see 'true' in the column.

Ah thanks, hope you can find something. Maybe something goes wrong in the passing of the parameters to the dnn control, but its still a bit vague in reporting services as well.
